We profile customers by defining their Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD). The JTBD theory states that every decision someone makes is meant to create progress. By understanding that progress we can develop content that meets the true, inner objective of the customer and influences their decision to choose you.
Our process will uncover a market of customers and competitors that are larger than you imagined. Understanding that market will give us the insights we need to market to your customers and defend against every form of competitor and innovation you face.
Content can be delivered in many different forms. Copy, video, visuals, and anything that makes a memory for the customer is what we create. Uncovering knowledge about your customers will dictate where the content is delivered, when the content is delivered, and how the content is delivered. Our content planning is intentional and effective and we’ll be able to dictate the pace of your customers because of it.
